We are now seeking an engaged teacher for the afterschool program who wants to help shape a safe, accessible, and inspiring learning environment with us at Tröingeskolan. About Tröingeskolan Here we are building a school and afterschool program where safety, curiosity, and community permeate everything we do. The newly built three-story Tröingeskolan combines the possibilities of a large school with the feeling of a smaller school through home bases and inspiring learning environments. We believe in: The student is at the center; instruction is adapted to each student's needs and abilities. Together is the key; we share responsibility for students' learning and development. JOB DUTIES Your role as an afterschool teacher and as part of our team: • You plan and deliver high-quality instruction with clear structure. • You work relationally and create an accessible learning environment. • You are part of a school where all students belong to all of us; we support and develop each other as a team. QUALIFICATIONS You are a certified afterschool teacher; experience is a merit. You have clear and relationship-building leadership. You believe in collaboration and shared responsibility for all students. You want to help build a new school with high ambitions. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
