JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities for students in grades 2-3. Work with the after-school program's goals according to Lgr 22. Create structures and routines that provide safety and participation. Lead groups in both free and structured activities. Work with classroom teachers to create continuity between school and after-school care. Participate in planning, meetings, and development work with the team. Collaborate with student welfare services as needed. Communicate with guardians regarding students' needs and development. Serve as a playground supervisor and contribute to a safe outdoor environment. Supervision during transitions, meals, and free activities. QUALIFICATIONS We are now seeking an experienced and certified teacher for after-school care. You are a person who strives for clear goals, plans activities and projects well in advance, and uses time efficiently. You work systematically, in an organized manner, and methodically, ensuring that work is completed and followed up. You have a positive attitude, convey joy, and see all children's strengths and possibilities. Together with colleagues, you plan and develop an operation that stimulates students' learning, creativity, and social development.
