About the Operations Kinnareds School is a safe and family-like school for grades F-6 with approximately 100 students. Thanks to the school's size, students develop close relationships with both teachers and other adults at the school, which creates good conditions for safety, participation and learning. In some classes, multiple grade levels are taught together, which promotes community across age groups and gives students the opportunity to develop both collaboration and responsibility. The school has a generous and inspiring outdoor environment that offers excellent opportunities for play, movement and educational activities. There is, among other things, a large football field, swings and generous green areas that encourage activity, creativity and community. Proximity to nature also provides great opportunities to use the outdoor environment as a natural part of teaching and after-school activities. Job Responsibilities Join us in developing the Torup & Kinnareds principal's area together with engaged and qualified colleagues! As an after-school teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing and developing activities at the after-school program in close cooperation with colleagues. You create a safe, stimulating and meaningful everyday where students have the opportunity to develop based on their conditions, needs and interests. The assignment includes planning, implementing, following up and evaluating educational work based on the after-school program's and school's governing documents. You work both independently and together with the work team to create the best conditions for students' learning and development. You are also responsible for recess activities and actively contribute to a safe and inclusive school environment. Through close collaboration with other school staff, you work toward a good learning and working environment for both students and employees. You also actively participate in the school's development work and help strengthen the quality and goal achievement of the operations. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as an after-school teacher and who wants to help create a safe, developmental and inspiring environment for our students. As a person, you are engaged, responsible and have the ability to see both individual and group needs. You build good relationships and contribute to a positive collaborative climate with students, colleagues and parents. You enjoy a flexible work style and see the value in giving students influence and participation in the activities. The role involves close collaboration with the principal, parents and other staff. Therefore, it is important that you have a professional approach, good collaboration skills and clear communication abilities. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, sees opportunities in changes and contributes with engagement and a willingness to develop in the operations.
