Are you our new colleague? We are looking for a dedicated Teacher in after-school care at Bergagårdsskolan on Hönö! Do you want to work in an environment where innovation, trust and relationships are at the center? Bergagårdsskolan is a charming F-3 school with 170 students, centrally located on Hönö with proximity to both inspiring nature and good communications. This academic year we have completed two years of extensive renovations and can now boast beautiful, fit-for-purpose facilities with dedicated spaces for after-school care students. We have furnished our group rooms with different themes to stimulate students' different interests. Our after-school care students have access to an inspiring building room for creative and constructive activities and a peaceful room with opportunities for reading and recovery. The after-school care also has access to the cultural school's facilities as well as the school's sports hall and our renovated schoolyard invites a variety of activities. At Bergagårdsskolan you will meet a team characterized by great dedication, professional pride and a strong sense of teamwork. We offer a welcoming and unpretentious work environment where we trust each other and dare to think new thoughts. Your role with us: As a teacher in after-school care you will become a key person in the after-school care team. Your main tasks include: • Plan and follow up teaching based on the curriculum together with your colleagues. • Actively contribute your ideas and experience to develop the operation. • Create and maintain good relationships with students, colleagues and guardians, as we see relational skills as a success factor. • Support and stimulate students' break time activities. Who are you? We are looking for you who are a certified Primary School Teacher in after-school care or leisure pedagogue. If you also have qualifications in music or visual arts we see that as meritorious. As a person you see opportunities instead of obstacles and want to contribute to the school's development work.
