Ljunghaga School is a small F–6 school in a rural and very peaceful environment, where proximity to nature permeates the entire operation. We work in small student groups, which creates a warm and family-like atmosphere and provides excellent opportunities to see each student and build secure relationships.

We work with analog methods as our foundation, and digital tools are used sparingly and with clear purpose. The school's surroundings — forests, meadows, lakes, and farmyard environment — provide excellent opportunities for outdoor education and real-world-based teaching.
The work team has close and continuous collaboration, and great importance is placed on collaborative skills and a willingness to contribute to the whole. Work Responsibilities
Teach according to curriculum, course plans, and timetable
Plan, implement, and follow up on instruction with a focus on analog methods
Use the school's outdoor environment as a natural part of teaching
Create structure, work peace, and good relationships in the classroom
Adapt instruction for mixed-age groups
Serve as a mentor and participate in the school's collective development work
Qualifications
Certified teacher with authorization for grades F–3 (authorization F–6 is a merit)
Experience teaching mixed-age groups is a merit
Experience with practical, varied, and student-centered teaching methods is a merit
Ability to work in a structured and relationship-building manner, as well as in close collaboration with colleagues and guardians
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and has a clear interest in creative and analog teaching methods. You enjoy working on a smaller scale, close to nature, and you value close collaboration with your work team.
