Elementary school / adapted elementary school activities are part of the Education Administration. The activities include 21 elementary schools as well as adapted elementary school and the total number of students is approximately 4500. Four of the elementary schools are secondary schools while the others, with a few exceptions, include grades F-6. The activities also include after-school centers. 1 position(s). DUTIES You will teach grade three together with a colleague. You will also be part of the teaching team where we work on school development. As a teacher you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction based on the curriculum and course plan. You create a safe and inclusive learning environment and support, motivate, and stimulate students' knowledge development through varied methods based on their individual conditions. In your teaching you make a difference for our students by believing in their ability, encouraging creativity and curiosity, and making it clear to each student that they can succeed in both big and small things. You work based on proven experience and research and strive for students to achieve the best possible development, both academically and socially. You document carefully the students' performance and development. You maintain contact and collaborate with guardians and other actors outside school and inform guardians about students' development. Through systematic quality work you strive to ensure that set goals are achieved. Together with your teaching team you develop the school's mission and continuously promote collegial learning. QUALIFICATIONS Teacher F-3 We are looking for you who have the qualifications to teach grades F-3. Preferably with experience teaching in a classroom before. You should be able to collaborate with colleagues in the teaching team, be solution-focused, and always have the student's best interests in focus. You have the resources required for change or problem-solving. You do your best by doing what you can right now. You quickly find solutions to problems that arise. You have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and of people's different conditions. You adapt your way of conveying your message to the recipient. You easily adapt, develop, and learn new things according to changed requirements, conditions, or circumstances. You see opportunities in changes and can also change your perspective and approach.
