Treälvsskolan is an F-9 school with approximately 330 students, including an after-school program and youth center. We have close access to outdoor activities and nature. Treälvsskolan also features a sports hall, swimming pool, multi-purpose arena, and ice skating rink. You will have great opportunities to use your knowledge and experience to develop the school's working methods together with your colleagues. You will be an important part of the teaching team and will work together with students and colleagues to create conditions for learning and knowledge transfer. Duties At Treälvsskolan, we work as much as possible with a two-teacher system where two class teachers share responsibility for one class. Together with your class teacher colleague and others in the F-3 organization, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction with the goal of providing all students with the guidance and stimulation they need to develop as fully as possible in accordance with educational objectives. You will also participate in our overall school development processes. As a teacher, you see the student's entire school day as important and therefore collaborate with both guardians and colleagues regarding the student. As part of this, the school's and after-school program's activities work together to achieve higher goal fulfillment and create the best conditions for each student's pedagogical and social development. We work with PAX, which is a method to promote safety and study focus. You will be part of a team characterized by good collaboration, flexibility, and work satisfaction. Qualifications You hold teacher certification and are qualified to teach in grades F-3. We are looking for someone with clear and strong classroom leadership and the ability to engage and inspire the group you teach based on students' needs. You have a strong interest in developing instruction and supporting students in their learning process. Your view of students aligns with the curriculum's value-based intentions. You are well familiar with the school's governing documents and can implement these in daily work. You have strong ability to build positive relationships and are clear and structured in your work. You have a great interest in pedagogical challenges and dare to challenge yourself and your colleagues to think about development.
