In the fall of 2023, our new school building was inaugurated and since then our older building has been completely renovated. This means we now have fresh facilities with good sound and light environments, plenty of group rooms, and access to common areas for work teams consisting of respective grade levels. The school grounds are also updated and spacious and have been equipped for both physical activity and social interaction. At Mårängskolan, just over 400 students attend preschool class through grade 6. Collaboration and togetherness are the school's core values. DUTIES You will be a class teacher in a grade 1 class and be part of a work team with teachers and recreation staff who collaborate on, among other things, students, planning, assessment, and parent contact. You will have the opportunity to learn from and with others while at the same time sharing your knowledge and experience. An important part of our development work is the municipality's shared development initiative BUUS - Boden Develops Teaching Systematically, an effort for increased quality and equivalence. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades F-3 or 1-7 with broad subject qualifications. You have good collaboration skills and create a calm and secure classroom climate where students achieve good results based on their conditions and abilities. You are a positive, engaged educator with an interest in school development and collegial learning. We place great importance on personal suitability.
