We are seeking an engaged and confident teacher for grades 1-3 at Södra School. This is a temporary position, and you will become part of our school with approximately 260 students from preschool through grade 3. We work together to create a safe and learning environment where each student has the opportunity to grow and develop. You will work closely with colleagues in your team and collaborate with student support services and parents/guardians. With us, you make a difference! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction according to the curriculum. You work in a structured and relational manner to create a safe learning environment where all students are given the opportunity to develop based on their individual abilities. Your job responsibilities include: • Plan, implement, and follow up on instruction. • Work with clear structure, classroom management, and relationship-building leadership. • Assess and document students' knowledge development. • Adapt instruction based on students' different needs. • Collaborate within your team and participate in the school's development work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a qualified teacher with certification for grades 1-3. You have strong pedagogical skills and clear leadership in the classroom. You are confident, engaged, and flexible in your approach, collaborate well with others, and communicate clearly. You take responsibility for planning, documentation, and follow-up. It is advantageous if you have experience teaching grades 1-3, working with accommodations and special support, as well as familiarity with digital learning tools and school platforms.
