WORK TASKS As a teacher with us, you have an important role in creating a safe, inspiring, and inclusive learning environment where every student is given the opportunity to develop based on their own circumstances. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching based on the curriculum and actively work to awaken students' curiosity, motivation, and desire to learn. You follow up on students' development, document, and work closely with colleagues, guardians, and the student health team. QUALIFICATIONS -Teacher certification with qualifications to teach grades 4-6. -Good pedagogical ability and a clear focus on students' learning and knowledge development. -Ability to plan and conduct structured, varied, and engaging teaching. -Ability to adapt teaching to students' different needs and circumstances. -Good collaboration skills and a professional approach in contact with students, colleagues, and guardians. -Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. -You are confident, engaged, and solution-oriented and contribute to a positive learning environment.
