Your Responsibilities Your main task will be to work with planning, instruction, mentoring, and values-based education based on the curriculum (LGR22). But being a teacher today involves so much more. Teaching is about continuously developing new approaches based on the students you meet. It's about capturing students' interests and creating engaging and challenging instruction based on that. It also involves documenting student learning to enable them to reach their goals. Beyond pedagogy, you'll also work with student wellness to ensure students feel good and safe at school. Your Qualifications You are a certified teacher in primary/secondary education for grades 7-9. You are confident in your pedagogical leadership and actively use digital tools in the classroom. As a person, you build trust, serve as a role model, and develop relationships with students and their guardians. Collaboration is self-evident for you, both in planning and in sharing knowledge and experiences. This means we conduct interviews and fill positions on an ongoing basis according to school needs. We update the announcement continuously with open positions. You will naturally have the opportunity to indicate preferred schools when you submit your application. If you advance after a possible interview, you'll have the opportunity to visit selected schools based on current needs. If you are not trained as a teacher, your application may be forwarded to principals who have open limited-term positions. If you currently work as a teacher at our schools but are interested in changing units, you need to apply here. However, you will not need to go through all steps in the recruitment process. Additional Information Before you can be employed, we will conduct a background check and you must provide a valid certificate of good conduct from the police. During the interview, you must verify your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or national ID card along with an ID document.
