WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a teacher with us, you will: • teach students primarily at the middle school level • plan, conduct, and evaluate instruction in accordance with the curriculum • serve as a mentor for a group of students, which means you are responsible for their social and academic development • collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and well-being • create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment • actively participate in the school's development work and contribute to a positive school environment QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you if you: • are a certified teacher with authorization to teach in grades 4-6 • have clear pedagogical leadership and good ability to create structure and classroom order • have good ability to create and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents • have a strong commitment to contributing to each student's development and learning • have the ability to work independently as well as in teams Experience with teaching and mentoring is a merit. You are a teacher who sees possibilities before obstacles. You enjoy meeting students where they are and are motivated by seeing them grow both academically and as individuals. If you are permanently employed, you have the opportunity to lease an environmental car as a company car.
