Teacher, Grades F-3 at Junkaremålsskolan

We are looking for an engaged and driven teacher for grades F-3 who wants to be part of our team! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will teach grades F-3 and be an important part of students' first years in school. You will be part of the F-3 teaching team and together work to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to develop. Your work includes tasks such as planning, documenting, following up, and evaluating both individually and together with your closest colleagues and team. Together with colleagues, you plan, implement, and develop instruction with a focus on motivating, engaging, and creating participation among students. Your assignment is to promote each student's learning and goal achievement, as well as adapt based on their individual needs and circumstances. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with teacher certification with authorization for grades F-3. Previous experience in a similar role is a merit but not a requirement. Flexible: You are well familiar with the school's governing documents and have the ability to individualize and vary instruction based on students' needs. Clear: As a person, you are a clear and communicative leader and adapt easily. You work according to an inclusive approach and are experienced in applying low-affect interaction when required. Pedagogical: You have a good understanding of how people, and especially children, acquire knowledge. You adapt your way of conveying messages to your target audience. Collaboratively-oriented: You work well with other people and contribute to a positive work environment. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. ABOUT THE WORKPLACE Junkaremålsskolan F-6 and afterschool program is a newly built school that moved into its new facilities in August 2024. The school is located in central Tranås near nature and sports facilities. Junkaremålsskolan is part of the Children and Education Administration.
