From preschool to grade 6, approximately 670 students attend, of which approximately 30% have a mother tongue other than Swedish. At Villanskolan, you will work together with engaged and development-oriented colleagues. We actively address safety issues and have student wellbeing, development, and learning in focus. Our development work at the overarching F-6 level is directed toward Resilience, and we deepen our expertise in Swedish/SvA and mathematics from a subject-didactic perspective. JOB DUTIES You will work together with your colleagues in grades 1 and 2, where you will work together with mentors and have responsibility for SvA. The work team has shared planning time and shared responsibility for the students. The position is divided so that you work 50% in each work team (grade 1 and grade 3). QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with primary teacher education for grades F-3 and certification in Swedish as a Second Language. We expect you to be engaged and inspiring. That you follow your students' development and challenge each individual student according to their abilities. Your task will be to work together with the work team to create the best conditions for each student to succeed in their learning. We expect you to participate in and enrich the school's development work, and active values-based work is a given for you. Good collaboration skills and initiative-taking are required. You document, reflect on, and analyze your work independently, but also together with your colleagues.
