Description We are now seeking a teacher for grades 7-9 at the Hållplatsen program! This position is a temporary assignment extending through the end of 2027 at 80-100% full-time. The Hållplatsen program at Reningsborg is looking for a committed and flexible teacher with certification to teach at the secondary level. This position is part of the initiative "Tillsammans för framtidstro" (Together for Future Hope), an innovative intervention for students with prolonged and complex school absences or young people at risk with norm-breaking behavior. The program is implemented through collaboration between the Department of Primary Education, the Department of Social Services, and Reningsborg. Job Responsibilities As a teacher at Hållplatsen, you will work in an alternative learning environment where theory is combined with practice and social training. Teaching occurs in small groups with a focus on individualized instruction, safety, and meaningful learning. You will collaborate with other professionals to create a comprehensive solution for each student. The position includes mentoring duties. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher with qualification to teach at the secondary level and has experience working with students in need of special support. You are calm, confident, and able to make well-informed decisions. You work in a structured manner, follow up on your work, and collaborate well with others through a receptive, respectful, and engaged approach. You have a strong understanding of how people acquire knowledge based on their different circumstances and can adapt your communication to your audience. You promote dialogue, participation, and engagement and want to be part of a multidisciplinary team working to strengthen students' social and cognitive development. We welcome your application!
