We serve just over 330 students, from preschool through grade 9. Approximately 90-100 children also participate in our after-school activities. We are a multicultural school where our differences are seen as strengths and where a positive and dynamic spirit prevails.

At Iggesunds School, we work in teams of teachers, teacher assistants, student assistants, and after-school staff. We also have a student support team consisting of school counselors, special education teachers, special education specialists, school nurses, an attendance coordinator, and an ICT educator. Additionally, a social pedagogue is part of each team.
Your Profile
We're looking for someone with teacher certification and qualification to teach grades 7-9 Swedish/Social Studies who enjoys working in a team environment where you collectively support and guide students in their learning and development. With us, you'll get:

About the Administration
We teach children to read, count, and discover the world around them. We follow our youngest community members from preschool through their graduation from upper secondary school. Through our adult education, people can learn Swedish as a second language, take individual courses, or pursue longer studies. With joy, commitment, participation, and on a scientific basis, we want to increase knowledge, creativity, development, and the desire to learn.
