Description Are you a teacher who wants to develop instruction together with others? At Guldhedsskolan, students from grades 2 through 9 learn in an environment known for its open atmosphere, personal spirit, and commitment—from staff, students, and guardians. We support students in their development into mature, responsible individuals with confidence and the ability to collaborate with others. We are now seeking three certified teachers who want to be part of a development initiative where the quality of instruction is at the center. Through a special focus on a two-teacher system, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a qualified teacher colleague where you together plan, implement, and follow up on instruction. This is an opportunity for you to work in an environment where collaboration, collegial learning, and instructional development truly take place. These are permanent positions with a start date of January 7, 2027. The development project itself runs for two years and is part of the City of Gothenburg's initiative to strengthen instructional quality and student achievement. Duties As a teacher in the two-teacher system, you will be an important part of the school's continued development. Together with a teacher colleague, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction in grades 4–6. Through close collaboration, better opportunities are created to meet students' diverse needs, develop instruction, and strengthen students' academic development. Plan and teach together with a qualified colleague. Develop instruction through collegial learning. Contribute to the school's development work in language and knowledge-building instruction. Work systematically with analysis, follow-up, and development of instruction. Collaborate closely with special educators, specialist teachers, student support services, and school leadership. Qualifications We are looking for you if you: are a certified teacher with credentials to teach Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language, English, and Mathematics in grades 4–6 As a person, you have a strong commitment to student learning and development and actively work to create the best conditions for each student's academic development. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy planning, implementing, and developing instruction together with colleagues. As a person, you are organized, flexible, and solution-oriented, which allows you to adapt your work approach based on the needs of the operation. You are also interested in contributing to the school's development work and see the value in moving the organization forward together with others. Would you like to be part of our team?
