In this role, you will be part of the Children and Education Sector. For us, children's and young people's development is the focus. We provide education from preschool through upper secondary school and we strive for a pedagogical holistic approach from ages 1 to 20. You see digital tools as a natural part of your workday. Frösve School is located in Stöpen and has a large, welcoming schoolyard that invites learning, play, and movement. Approximately 320 students attend here. The school has three work teams that work with students in grades K-3, 4-6, and after-school care. All adults share responsibility for the students. We value good cooperation with students' guardians. At Frösve School, we want to create alignment throughout the student's entire school day and develop good cooperation between school and after-school care. We also have a Safety Team at the school where after-school care is an integral part. Frösve School is currently undergoing renovation and expansion. At present, Frösve School is evacuated and during this school year grades K-3 will be at Frösve School, and grades 4-6 at Stöpen School. The school will gradually reunite at Frösve School starting in 2027, which we look forward to very much! 1 position(s). DUTIES We are looking for a primary school teacher for grades 4-6 who wants to help develop our school activities. Together with your work team and other colleagues, you will help build an engaging operation. You take initiative in pedagogical work that includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities based on curriculum goals. You are flexible and have an attitude that believes in every student's willingness and ability to develop, and you vary your teaching according to their needs. You actively work with the school's core values to promote equal worth for all. You will have class teacher responsibility in grade 5 and your placement is at Stöpen School, where our grades 4-6 students are located. You will work closely with your colleagues. You will be part of a stable work team with many years of experience. QUALIFICATIONS Having a teaching license and being qualified for grades 4-6 is a requirement, and experience of similar work is meritorious. You are responsible and good at collaborating with students, teachers, parents, and other partners both within and outside the organization. For us, students are at the center and it is important that you as a person fit into the operation. This means we place great importance on personal suitability. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: 2027-01-07 or by agreement. To work in preschool, school, after-school care, and other pedagogical activities, you must provide a certificate from the criminal record register. The certificate is valid for one year and is ordered from the Swedish Police Authority www.polisen.se.
