Qualifications We are looking for a teacher who has a strong belief in everyone's potential and wants to drive development forward together with colleagues. You are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach grades 4-6. In your qualification documentation, we see that Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language, and Social Studies subjects are included. Based on your motivations and qualifications, we will structure the organization together. You have a good level of knowledge in Swedish both orally and in writing. You are experienced in language-developing instruction, have experience with early reading instruction, and actively follow research and development. You have experience in making quality and equity visible—what is done, why, and what it leads to. By planning, following up, analyzing, documenting, and developing education, you create and share knowledge about what leads to higher goal attainment. You see possibilities instead of obstacles, are creative, and view our health initiatives positively.
