Lekebergsskolan F–6 is looking for a dedicated and confident teacher for grades 4–6! Do you want to help create a safe, developmental, and educational school day for our students? We are now seeking a teacher for a full-time temporary position during the spring term 2027 and fall term 2027. Your Assignment As a teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and developing instruction based on the curriculum's objectives and students' needs. You actively work to create a clear and accessible learning environment where students have the opportunity to develop to the greatest extent possible. Your duties include, among other things: planning and implementing instruction in grades 4–6, following up and assessing students' knowledge development, providing students with clear and formative feedback, actively working with differentiated instruction and, together with student services, specialized support, creating safety and academic focus through clear and relationship-building pedagogical leadership, conducting development conversations and contributing to good dialogue with guardians, closely collaborating with colleagues, teaching teams, and the school's student services, actively contributing to the school's systematic quality work and collective development. We Are Looking For You We are seeking you as a clear, confident, and dedicated teacher who focuses on students' best interests. You have the ability to build good relationships with students while being a clear leader in the classroom. You see possibilities and development potential in students and actively work to find ways forward when instruction needs to be adapted. You are curious about different approaches and teaching methods and have a desire to develop your own instruction together with others. We would like you to be: relationship-building and responsive, clear and structured, solution-focused and flexible, confident in your pedagogical leadership, engaged in students' knowledge development, concerned with good collaboration with students, guardians, and colleagues. Qualifications We are seeking you who have: a primary school teacher degree and teaching certification with authorization to teach grades 4–6, or a degree and awaiting certification, good knowledge of the curriculum and the school's other governing documents, good digital competence and experience using digital tools as part of instruction. It is meritorious if you have: experience teaching grades 4–6, experience with mentoring, experience working with students in need of differentiated instruction and specialized support, experience with student services work, training or experience with guided interaction (ICDP).
