Job Responsibilities As a teacher at Korpardalsskolan, you will be part of the grades 1-3 team and, together with your colleagues, plan, implement, evaluate, and develop instruction based on the curriculum objectives. Your duties include: Plan, implement, and follow up on instruction. Create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Stimulate students' intellectual and social development. Document, assess, and monitor students' learning. Collaborate with guardians, colleagues, and student support services. Contribute to the school's systematic quality work. Requirements for the Position: Teacher certification with authorization to teach grades 1-3. Strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. Good knowledge of the curriculum and regulatory documents for primary school. Meritorious Qualifications: Experience teaching in lower grades. Experience with language development teaching methods. Experience working in digital learning environments. Experience with accommodations and inclusive instruction. Qualities: We are looking for an engaged and confident educator with a positive approach. You have a genuine interest in students' development and learning and work to ensure that each student succeeds based on their individual abilities. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and take responsibility for developing the operation.
