JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will work as a teacher for grades 4-6, teaching Swedish, mathematics, and social studies. If you also have competence and experience in natural sciences, that is a merit. You plan, implement, and follow up on your teaching both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues. It is important that you can adapt your work to different situations and different students' needs and conditions in teaching. The position includes serving as a mentor for students. You are well-versed in the curriculum and other governing documents. You are accustomed to working in teams and, together with your colleagues, you contribute to developing the school's activities with shared goals. Your responsibilities also include collaborating with student support teams, school leadership, and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you, a certified teacher with authorization to teach grades 4-6. You are positive, cheerful, confident, and enthusiastic in your work. You are flexible and see opportunities, and you prioritize students' needs. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. As a person, you have the ability to work independently and can make decisions within the scope of your professional role. You understand the shared mission, act in accordance with it, and contribute to the whole. You show respect, consideration, and are guided by the equal value of all. You participate in and drive the school's improvement efforts in relation to the school's development plan. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
