About the position We are now seeking a teaching assistant We are looking for you who enjoys working with young people and is driven by helping them grow and develop. You will be part of a team with knowledgeable and committed colleagues who collaborate to create a safe and developmental environment. Your duties include typical tasks related to the role of teaching assistant, including supporting students based on their needs throughout the school day. You will also provide support to the teaching staff in connection with the assignment. Work at our schools is characterized by our values, and it is therefore important to us that you share them. Other duties that the school needs to perform for the benefit of the operation may be included in the assignment. Qualifications Upper secondary education with documented good academic results. Completed student assistant training is considered a merit. Beyond your educational background and experience, we value your commitment, your pedagogical competence, and your ability to inspire and engage students. We value your ability to meet students based on their knowledge and needs as well as your ability to build good relationships. Your position will involve supporting students in a class in the combined behavior program, both during lessons and during breaks. You are curious and actively work to help each student develop as much as possible based on their circumstances. About Grillska Gymnasium Uppsala Grillska Gymnasium in Uppsala is located in pleasant facilities in Ekebybruk. The school offers six different national programs, both academic and vocational.
