At Alléskolan (https://www.atvidaberg.se/forskola-skola-och-utbildning/grundskola/alleskolan), you will actively participate in the school's work to increase student achievement, science-based instruction, and initiatives that promote school attendance. We have high expectations for students' abilities and are driven to create strong academic results. Your responsibilities In the role as teaching assistant, you will guide and support students with different needs so they have the opportunity to reach their educational goals. This may include clarifying the teacher's instructions and helping students organize their schoolwork. The role involves close collaboration with teachers in grades 7-9, and may also include some collaboration with the school's EHT team. This role is primarily linked to supporting a specific student. You work to ensure a safe environment and provide support to facilitate the student's school experience. About you We are seeking someone who has completed upper secondary education and subsequently completed training as a teaching assistant or student assistant. It is also advantageous if you have experience working with middle school students and experience working in npf or with students who have difficulties with their schooling. As a person, you are confident, stable, and conduct yourself in a manner adapted to the situation. You work well with others by listening, communicating, and resolving conflicts constructively. You are outgoing and have the ability to build and maintain relationships. We would also like to see that you easily adapt to changed circumstances and can quickly shift your perspective and approach.
