Learn more at www.avsparbank.se Your responsibilities As an agricultural advisor, you are part of our business team and work proactively with financial advice for our forest and agricultural customers. You create solutions adapted to each customer's unique situation and business. With a holistic perspective, you support the customer with financing, savings, payment solutions, and digital services. The role also includes the administrative work associated with business affairs. You meet your customers where they are – out on the farm, at the bank, digitally, or at customer meetings. At the same time, you stay informed about market developments, external factors, and regulations affecting the forestry and agricultural sector. By staying ahead, you create security and develop the business over time. The role includes both deepening relationships with existing customers and establishing new ones, in close collaboration with colleagues. You also participate in the bank's marketing and customer activities and actively contribute to developing our offerings. The position is full-time with a start date by agreement. Your profile We are looking for you with an academic degree as an agronomist or agricultural engineer. Alternatively, a business education at a corresponding level or other background we deem equivalent – previous experience in agriculture is highly valued. To take on the role, you need to have a Swedsec advisor license. If you already have it, that's a plus; otherwise, we'll give you the opportunity to further your education. You have a business-minded approach and enjoy taking initiative and creating opportunities. At the same time, you are organized and have a clear solution focus.
