About the role
As a farmer in Sweden, you will be responsible for planning and operating the farm — crop cultivation, animal husbandry, machinery maintenance, and farm buildings. The role combines practical work with long-term planning and offers the opportunity to influence production, animal welfare, and sustainability. What you will do
Plan and carry out sowing, harvesting, and other cultivation measures
Provide daily animal care and follow animal welfare routines
Perform maintenance and repairs of tractors and farm machinery
Handle fertilization, plant protection, and environmentally adapted cultivation methods
Maintain financial documentation and contribute to budget and planning work
Ensure that the workplace complies with safety and environmental regulations
Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and advisors to optimize production
Adapt work efforts according to season and changing weather conditions
What you bring
High school education in agriculture or equivalent practical experience
Experience with farm operations, machinery operation, and animal care; a class B driver's license is an asset
Knowledge of Swedish environmental and animal protection regulations
You are driven and take ownership of your work

Salary and employment form
Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or as needed. Salary and employment form are determined through discussion with SuperRen based on your experience, your goals, and how well you match a workplace — which provides flexibility and the opportunity to find an arrangement that suits you.
