About the Position We are looking for a person who wants to combine work as a retail sales associate with the role of coordinator for our licorice tasting events in Uppsala. As a sales associate, you will meet and guide our customers, share your knowledge and curiosity about licorice, and ensure the store always feels welcoming and inspiring. You will also handle cash management, product picking, merchandising, hygiene, and other aspects of daily store operations. As a tasting event coordinator, you will lead our licorice tastings, guiding participants through the world of licorice and sharing information about raw materials, flavors, and the craftsmanship behind our products. Tastings are typically held 1-2 evenings per month. About You You are social, curious, and enjoy meeting people You are confident speaking and presenting to groups You are a quick learner who wants to deepen your knowledge of licorice You have a genuine interest in service and sales You are responsible and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team You speak fluent Swedish and English very well Previous experience in retail, restaurants, hotels, theater, lecturing, or similar work with groups is a plus. Work Schedule This is a part-time position at 44%, with hours scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Tasting events occur in the evenings. Start date by arrangement.
