Who we are looking for We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in primary care and who are comfortable with a digital work environment. You have good collaboration skills and as a physician, you are innovative in your approach to work and meet patients with high quality and a strong focus on medical excellence. You speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing with very good linguistic accuracy and communication skills. You hold a Swedish medical license and have at least two years of documented experience working in Swedish primary care after completing your BT/AT service. You likely have another position in primary care that you would like to flexibly combine with working digitally with us. About the position and role: As a physician with us, you work with digital patient consultations via chat, phone, and video. You meet patients from across Sweden and handle a wide range of primary care cases. The work includes, among other things: Varied remote consultation work Assessment and treatment of primary care cases Advice and referrals to the appropriate level of care Support to colleagues as needed We are looking for you to work as a consultant through your own business. The desired start is in October and you want to then work clinically digitally at least 30 hours per month, preferably more. Since we are open 24/7, every day of the week, there are good opportunities to adjust your working hours. There is a need during daytime, evenings and weekends, and in the long term, night shifts may also become available if interested. Our ambition is to create a long-term collaboration, with an ongoing need that extends over time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific employment level – you apply for shifts based on the business's needs. We are currently prioritizing candidates who have the ability to work afternoons on weekdays as well as weekends. In your clinical work, you will assess patients digitally via chat, phone, or video. You have competent colleagues on duty that you can consult if needed. You will also receive support from our comprehensive treatment guidelines, which guide you in your work with digital care. You will also receive regular follow-up, statistics, and support from your Staff Manager.
