Who we are looking for We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in primary care who thrives in a digital work environment. You have good collaboration skills and as a physician, you are innovative in your approach to work and meet patients with high quality and strong medical expertise in focus. You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing with excellent linguistic proficiency and communication skills. You hold a Swedish medical license (läkarlegitimation) and have at least two years of documented experience working in Swedish primary care after completing your training (BT/AT). You likely have another position in primary care that you would like to flexibly combine with digital work for us. About the role and position: We are looking for someone who can work as a consultant through their own company. The desired start date is October, and you would then work clinically in a digital capacity at least 30 hours per month, preferably more. Since we are open 24/7, every day of the week, there are good opportunities to adjust your working hours. During introduction and onboarding, it is desirable to be available on weekdays during daytime hours when supervisors and support functions are on-site. There is a need during daytime, evenings, and weekends, and in the future, night shifts may also be relevant if of interest. Our ambition is to create a long-term collaboration with ongoing needs over time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a certain level of employment, and you will apply for shifts based on the organization's needs. We will prioritize candidates who have the ability to work afternoons on weekdays as well as weekends. In your clinical work, you will assess patients digitally via chat, phone, or video. You have competent colleagues on duty who you can consult when needed. You will also receive support from our comprehensive treatment guidelines, which guide you in your digital care work. You will also receive regular follow-up, statistics, and support from your Staff Manager.
