We are seeking a qualified, driven, and versatile elementary school teacher for Sticklinge School, a grades F–6 school with approximately 400 students located in a scenic and peaceful area on Lidingö.
The school is a safe and well-functioning school with a staff team that is passionate about their mission. Our work always starts from the students' best interests, and we strive to develop our teaching and operations so that each student receives the support and challenges they need.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a teacher at the elementary level, you are part of a teaching team. In the team, we support each other in daily work and share responsibility for the students in our care. We believe in fulfilling the curriculum by offering students varied working methods to develop the skills necessary in tomorrow's society.
With us you will be offered stimulating work together with engaged students, guardians, and educators. There is support in the form of student services with special education teachers, special educators, a nurse, a counselor, and access to a school psychologist.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a qualified primary school teacher with teacher certification for grades F-3 and who now wishes to become a mentor in one of our elementary classes. In your work, we see that you are comfortable working with and integrating digital tools. You are welcome to have experience in the teaching profession as well as experience working with students in the NPF spectrum.
You are driven, organized, and resourceful. Good communication with colleagues and guardians is another important part of your work.
You have high and positive expectations for students and are motivated by developing our students to meet the future. You should be able to lead, motivate, and create security and engagement to overcome difficulties and increase students' desire and interest in learning. As a person, you need to be flexible and confident and stable in your role as a teacher. You are solution-oriented and work to create the best pedagogical conditions for all students with different needs.
We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and works well with other people. You can relate to them in a responsive and flexible way and believe in collegial learning. As a teacher, you also need to be self-directed in your work and have an aptitude for building good relationships with guardians. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment Type: Permanent position.
The Municipality applies individual salary setting. Start date October 1 or by agreement. The position is a full-time permanent employment.
