Wipro is now recruiting engaged and thorough warehouse associates for inbound and outbound operations. About the Position As a warehouse associate in outbound operations, you are responsible for ensuring that customer orders are handled correctly and delivered on time. Your tasks include order picking, packing, preparing shipping documents, and loading goods. As a warehouse associate in inbound operations, you are responsible for receiving, inspecting, and registering incoming shipments for further sorting and placement. You will continuously work to ensure that the warehouse environment is well-organized and safe. The work can be physically demanding and requires the ability to maintain a high pace. You will be part of a team where it is important to contribute to the group atmosphere and collaborate when the situation requires it. You work in a structured and thorough manner, have an aptitude for following and developing processes, and value organization and quality in your work. You are proactive, enjoy taking responsibility, and have a natural ability to take the lead when the situation calls for it. A forklift license (reach truck & counterbalance) is required. Experience with Monitor is a plus.
