About the Position We're expanding our team with additional warehouse workers for our client Rechon Life Science! As a member of the Dispatch & Storage team, your main responsibility will be to ensure an efficient flow of materials to the production and packaging departments, as well as other parts of the operation. The role also involves some heavy lifting. At Rechon, they work according to GMP, Good Manufacturing Practice. Your tasks will include: - Forklift operation, unloading/loading vehicles - Receiving, reporting in our ERP system Jeeves - Picking internal and external orders - Daily inventory counts - Internal transport This is a full-time consultant position through Adecco, starting July 2026. Working hours are on a 2-shift schedule, alternating weekly between 06:00-14:30 and 09:30-18:00. About You We're looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and enjoys juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be comfortable with computers and preferably have experience with warehouse management systems, but most importantly, we value your curiosity to learn and develop. The position also requires strong prioritization skills and the ability to work independently and solve problems/challenges. Essential for the position: - Forklift certification A+ B - Previous experience with forklift operation - Driver's license (Category B) - Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written - Advantageous: Good English language skills - Advantageous: Experience working in warehouse/logistics within the pharmaceutical industry with GMP experience A security clearance will be conducted by Rechon Life Science before employment.
