About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you're an important part of the store's daily operations. You work closely with both customers and colleagues, ensuring that goods are handled, delivered, and presented in an efficient and service-oriented manner. With a focus on structure, collaboration, and customer service, you contribute to a smooth-running warehouse and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Your Responsibilities
Handle customer goods delivery with high service and care
Receive goods, maintain warehouse areas, and ensure warehouse organization
Work with inventory management and stocktakes according to guidelines and system support
Assemble and place goods in the store in consultation with the sales team
Report transport damage and complaints according to procedures
Contribute to a positive work environment while following safety procedures and working ergonomically with proper protective equipment.
When needed, tasks may include cash handling, restocking shelves in the store, and picking orders for e-commerce.

Have good physical fitness and enjoy active work
Are service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused
Contribute with positive energy and team spirit
Have experience with warehouse work in a customer-facing environment (desirable but not required)
The Position
Permanent part-time position (80%), beginning with a 6-month probation period
Start date by agreement.
Working hours include evenings and weekends.
Recruitment
Selection is ongoing. The process includes work psychological tests (MAP and Matrigma). A background check will be conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate advancing to the final stage.
