Job Responsibilities As a warehouse staff member, you work according to a rotating schedule where the three members of the warehouse team rotate between different areas of responsibility from week to week. The role gives you a varied workday and the opportunity to build a broad understanding of the entire warehouse and production flow. For two out of three weeks, the work consists largely of forklift driving. You are then responsible for moving goods between the warehouse and production, handling incoming and outgoing deliveries, and ensuring that products and materials are in the right place. During the third week, you work mainly with incoming materials and also support production as needed, for example through sorting, machine operation, and other practical tasks. You continuously work with documentation related to transports and deliveries and participate in the monthly inventory of raw materials and finished goods. The work includes operating a counterbalance forklift and straddle stacker and responsibility for safe and correct handling of goods. Work hours are Monday-Friday 07:00-15:30 (two weeks) and Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (one week) Examples of job responsibilities: Handle outgoing deliveries by picking finished products, loading shipments, and registering outgoing orders Receive and unload incoming materials and supply production with raw materials Transport finished products from production to the correct storage location Document incoming and outgoing deliveries Participate in inventory and contribute to organization and structure in the warehouse Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Completed and approved upper secondary education Experience from similar work in a warehouse or production environment Forklift certification for counterbalance forklift and straddle stacker Good knowledge of Swedish and English We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others and who naturally contributes to good collaboration.
