Restaurangjouren is now seeking a dedicated and responsible Warehouse Associate with specialist responsibility for Produce to our warehouse in Jordbro. With us, you will become a key person responsible for ensuring that our fruit and vegetable products maintain the highest quality from receiving to delivery to our customers. What will a typical workday look like? You will work primarily with our Produce category and be responsible for ensuring that all incoming products meet Restaurangjouren's high quality standards. You work closely with our warehouse manager and our buyers and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of procedures, structure, and working methods to create an efficient and well-organized warehouse operation. The work includes, among other things: Responsibility for receiving goods in the Produce category. Check quality, freshness, ripeness, and condition of incoming products. Ensure that only products meeting our quality standards are accepted into the warehouse. Identify and report quality deviations and handle supplier complaints according to our procedures. Ensure correct handling, storage, and inventory rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste. Warehouse management, inventory counts, and responsibility for order and organization within your work area. Goods receiving, inspection, and internal handling of incoming shipments. Contribute to the development and improvement of procedures and work processes. Assist with other warehouse work as needed. Qualifications For success in this role, we see that you have: Documented and several years of professional experience working with Produce in wholesale, retail, or other professional fruit and vegetable handling. Documented experience receiving Produce goods. Very good product knowledge and ability to assess quality, freshness, ripeness, and deviations. Experience in warehouse work and logistics. Good planning and organizational skills. Forklift certification. Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. We also see that you are: Thorough. Responsible. Honest. Self-motivated.
