Warehouse Associate at an Established Industrial Company – Northern Stockholm About the Position On behalf of our client, we are now seeking an experienced and meticulous warehouse associate for an established industrial company in Northern Stockholm. You will be an important part of the company's daily material and logistics flow and work closely with other functions in the operation. This role is ideal for you if you enjoy practical work where structure, attention to detail, and responsibility are essential for the operation to function efficiently. The assignment is confidential and more information about the company and operation will be provided later in the recruitment process. About the Role This is a broad warehouse role where you take responsibility for the daily flow of materials and goods. You work both practically and administratively and need to be able to switch between different tasks throughout the day. The role includes, among other things: Handling incoming and outgoing shipments Loading and unloading goods, including larger and heavier materials Receiving, checking, and registering materials Preparing and supplying materials to the operation Handling returned materials Conducting inventory and stock checks Recording warehouse transactions in business systems Booking and coordinating transportation Ensuring order, structure, and safety in the warehouse Collaborating with internal functions and external transporters Contributing to improvements in work methods and material flows The role involves varied work where the pace can sometimes be high. It is therefore important that you can prioritize and maintain structure even when multiple tasks need to be handled simultaneously. We are Looking for You We would like you to have: At least 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling work Experience with incoming and outgoing shipments Experience with practical warehouse work Forklift certification, especially B1/counterweight truck Experience handling larger or heavier goods Good computer and system skills Experience with business systems, such as Monitor, is advantageous Good Swedish in speech and writing English is advantageous Experience from industry or manufacturing operations is advantageous Experience with blueprint reading is advantageous It is also advantageous if you have worked in an operation where warehouse and material flows are closely connected to production.
