Connecting Jobs, run by the nonprofit organization Beredskapslyftet, helps newly arrived residents take their first steps into the Swedish labor market – while companies gain access to new talent. Warehouse Worker – Multiple Positions Available Connecting Jobs is now seeking several warehouse workers for an employer in staffing, warehousing, and logistics. The employer has significant personnel needs and is looking for multiple candidates who are motivated and ready to start working as soon as possible. Location: Stockholm Position: Warehouse Worker Start Date: As soon as possible Job Responsibilities: – Picking and packing. – Heavy lifting. – Forklift operation. – Handling and moving goods. – Fast-paced work environment. – Other common warehouse and logistics tasks. Requirements: – You have intermediate-level Swedish and can understand instructions and communicate in the workplace. – You are capable of performing physically demanding work that includes heavy lifting. – You must pass the employer's background check. Your Profile: – You are hardworking and motivated. – You are thorough and responsible. – You enjoy physical work and a fast-paced environment. – You have strong teamwork and collaboration skills. – You are reliable and have a positive attitude toward work. The Employer Offers: – Full-time employment (100%). – Fixed-term contract. – Working hours primarily Monday–Friday, daytime. – Wellness allowance. – Collective bargaining agreement. Important: This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. Participants have a residence permit in Sweden but lack Swedish citizenship or EU/EES citizenship.
