About the Role In the role of warehouse manager, you will have a central position in the business where you are responsible for creating structure, efficiency, and good conditions for the warehouse's daily operations. You lead a team of employees and actively work to ensure that the business reaches set goals regarding quality, delivery precision, and productivity. You will have close cooperation with other departments to ensure a well-functioning flow throughout the logistics chain. The role also involves a strong focus on improvement work where you identify areas for development and drive initiatives that strengthen the business's results. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is a confident and present leader with the ability to create engagement and help people grow in their roles. You thrive in an operational environment where the pace is sometimes high and where you combine a strategic perspective with a strong focus on daily work. To succeed in the role, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have good analytical skills. You are used to making decisions, prioritizing between different tasks, and driving change work with good results. You have deep knowledge of logistics and a good understanding of how efficient warehouse and logistics flows are created, developed, and optimized. Requirements for the Position • Experience with personnel responsibility in warehouse and logistics operations • Experience leading, motivating, and developing employees • Good experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Experience following up and working toward business goals and KPIs • Experience with improvement work and process development • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Valid driver's license (Category B) Meritorious • Post-secondary education in logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar field • Experience from larger warehouse or distribution operations • Knowledge of Lean or other improvement methods Start Date: By AgreementForm of Employment: Permanent employment where you are employed directly by HL Display.Location: Sundsvall You apply for the position by answering some questions and attaching your CV or linking your LinkedIn profile.
