We are now seeking a committed warehouse manager for our facility in Karlstad – a role for you who wants to continue developing and who is driven by creating order, efficiency, and workplace satisfaction.
Responsibilities
As a warehouse manager, you are responsible for driving and developing the entire warehouse and logistics flow at the facility. This means working with everything from goods orders and deliveries to daily customer contact. You have an important role in creating a well-functioning team and work environment for our sales staff and customers.
Your tasks will include:
Monitoring and optimizing goods flows
Administration of storage locations
Close collaboration with store manager/site manager for planning and prioritization
Planning daily operations: picking, restocking, cleaning, forklift maintenance, etc.
Participation in and driving improvement initiatives
Staff administration: scheduling, time reporting, employee conversations, etc.
Developing, training, and inspiring your team
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you are a confident and driven leader with good collaboration skills and a genuine service focus. You have previous leadership experience and it is a merit if you have worked in sales, preferably in the building materials or hardware trade.
