About the Position: You will have a central role in the operation with responsibility for coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries, and participating in internal purchasing. The work involves daily contact with both customers and suppliers, and requires you to be solution-oriented, flexible, and comfortable taking own initiative. The work tasks include: Planning and coordinating deliveries directly from fishers. Managing and planning deliveries to customers. Warehouse work and order picking. Contact with customers and suppliers. Collaboration with the site manager on daily operations. Contributing to an efficient workflow and good service. The operation is one of Europe's largest digital auctions for freshwater fish and signal crayfish. The auction started in 2016 with the goal of creating a local marketplace that benefits both producers and customers in the Stockholm region. All fish handled comes from Swedish lakes, and the operation is MSC-certified, just like our sister auction in Smögen. This means we work with sustainable fishing and traceable deliveries. As a fully digital auction, all trading occurs online, which allows customers to participate in the auction regardless of their location, via computer or mobile. We currently have hundreds of satisfied customers in Sweden and throughout Europe. Forklift certification A1-A4 and B1-B4. Good communication skills in Swedish and English. Meritorious: Experience from the fishing industry or warehouse responsibility.
