About the Company Linköping Logistics Center was founded in 2020 and has grown continuously since then. The company is characterized by short decision-making processes and close collaboration in a small and family-like team currently consisting of five employees. The business focuses on third-party logistics and most of the space is used for floor storage. The total warehouse area is approximately 17,500 square meters, with the main warehouse of 13,000 square meters located in Hackefors in Linköping. In addition to storage and goods handling, the company also performs some processing of customers' products. Your Responsibilities As a warehouse worker at Linköping Logistics Center, you will have a broad and varied role. The work includes both practical warehouse work and administrative tasks. You will be part of a small team where everyone helps each other and takes responsibility for ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and accurately. Your main responsibilities include: • Loading and unloading trucks, primarily using counterbalance forklifts • Picking and packing goods • Receiving and checking incoming shipments • Reconciling deliveries against delivery notes • Working with manual picking and hand scanning • Registering and managing orders in the warehouse system • Booking transports and creating purchase orders • Handling emails, orders and customer inquiries The role involves multiple contact points and you will have direct contact with customers via both email and phone. This could include reconciling a delivery, answering a question, or ensuring that an order has been registered correctly. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Your Profile We are looking for someone with warehouse experience and who is comfortable operating counterbalance forklifts. The facility uses forklifts with a capacity of 1.5 to 5 tons, which means you need to feel confident in your forklift operation. Since the position combines practical warehouse work with administration, you need to have good computer skills. You need to be able to handle emails, register information and work in digital warehouse systems. If you have previously worked in Ongoing or another WMS system, that is an advantage. As a person, you are self-driven, organized and thorough. You learn new information quickly and are not hesitant to pick up the phone when you need to clarify something with a customer. You thrive in a small team where you collaborate, help each other and take joint responsibility for the business. Requirements: • At least forklift certification category B, with documented experience operating counterbalance forklifts • Warehouse work experience • Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office • Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Basic English skills • B driver's license It is advantageous if you have experience with: • The warehouse system Ongoing or another WMS system • Third-party logistics • Administration, order management and transport bookings • Direct customer contact Application Process In this recruitment, Linköping Logistics Center is working with Skill Recruitment and Staffing.
