About the Position As a warehouse manager/material handler, you will have a central role in the operation where you are responsible for warehouse management, material flows, and production preparation. You work closely with production, procurement, and transport partners to ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time. The position offers varied tasks where you combine practical warehouse work with coordination and planning. The role also involves cutting and splitting material for production. Your main responsibilities include: Responsibility for receiving, storing, and picking materials and finished products Planning and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments Ensuring that the correct materials and components are available according to the production schedule Order handling, picking, and packing Cutting and splitting material for production Ongoing inventory management and incident reporting Documentation and administration in warehouse and business systems Ensuring that work procedures and safety regulations are followed Participating in quality and improvement efforts within warehouse and logistics About You We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, and has a practical mindset. You thrive in a leading or coordinating role, are used to prioritizing, and get things done in a fast-paced operation. You collaborate well with others and contribute to a positive work environment. Previous experience in warehouse or logistics work is a plus, as is experience with personnel responsibility or supervisory work. Willingness to learn and the right attitude are important.
