Warehouse Manager with Logistics and E-Commerce Experience – Evelent SW AB, Stockholm We are seeking a driven and experienced warehouse manager who can take full responsibility for our warehouse, deliveries, order flow, and customer service – for both private and business customers. Evelent SW AB is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in mobile parts, accessories, and consumer electronics. We handle daily orders from multiple sales channels, and we're looking for someone who can drive efficient, organized, and customer-focused warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations – goods receipt, receiving, picking, and packing Ensure all deliveries are completed on time according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) Coordinate logistics, bookings, and shipping methods with carriers Handle order flows from different sales channels and systems (CDON, Fyndiq, Amazon, etc.) Assist both private and business customers with inquiries, cases, and complaints Act as a problem solver for technical errors in order flows or system integrations Manage time bookings for space and delivery within minutes – flexible work capacity required Requirements: At least 1 year of operational warehouse experience with responsibility Previous experience from e-commerce/logistics is required Good experience working with digital systems for orders and logistics Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously under time pressure Flexible and available – you may sometimes need to act quickly within minutes Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, good English Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and customer service orientation About the Position: Full-time, daytime Location: Auroragränd 1, 127 35 Skärholmen, Stockholm Start: Immediately or by agreement Employment Type: Permanent with probation period Application: Send CV and a brief cover letter to: [email protected] Write "Application Warehouse Manager" in the subject line.
