About the Position
As a warehouse administrator, you will have a central role in the operation where you ensure that warehouse flows, administration, and system management run smoothly and efficiently.
Location: Hyllinge
Scope: Full-time
Start: Immediately
Responsibilities
Administer and update warehouse data in the business system Ongoing
Handle inbound and outbound deliveries and order administration
Ensure correct inventory balance and documentation
Coordinate with warehouse staff, carriers, and customers
Participate in improvement efforts for warehouse processes
Qualifications
Experience in warehouse administration
Strong experience with the warehouse management system Ongoing (required)
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Experience with Excel or similar systems is a plus
Personal Qualities
Structured and meticulous
Proactive and solution-oriented
Service-minded with good collaboration skills
Accustomed to working at a high pace
