About the Workplace We are a thriving and growing primary care center where more and more patients choose to register. To meet our patients' needs and continue offering high-quality care, we are now seeking a dedicated diabetes nurse who wants to become part of our team. We are a primary care center within Praktikertjänst, centrally located in Laholm, with approximately 7,000 registered patients. We are large enough to offer care across all professional categories within primary healthcare, while remaining small enough to operate under one roof and work closely together around our patients. Job Responsibilities Standard reception work as a diabetes nurse in primary care at 60%, with the possibility to expand to full-time. The remaining time involves work as a nurse with reception duties and telephone consultations. You work independently while being an important part of our team, collaborating closely with other professionals at the clinic. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed nurse with further education in diabetes care. Merits: We would like to see that you have experience working at a primary care center and several years of background as a diabetes nurse.
