About the Position As a Laboratory Operator, you will work in our client's packaging laboratory. Our client is a global, innovative packaging company headquartered in Lund. In your role as Laboratory Operator, your main responsibilities will include: - Performing packaging tests - Forklift operation (Class A) may occur - Communicating with/planning/responding to inquiries from test requesters - Placing your own orders in the client's ordering system - Participating in and potentially leading improvement initiatives in the lab Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00. The Laboratory Operator position is a contract assignment for 6 months with the possibility of extension, starting immediately. About You We are looking for someone who wants to develop in a role where you can take responsibility and make an impact. We prefer that you have at least upper secondary school education, and it is a plus if you have post-secondary education in packaging technology. It is required that you are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. We also see that you are thorough, responsible, helpful, and comfortable working in a laboratory environment. You enjoy learning new things and are comfortable working independently as well as building good relationships. You are able to work in a team and are a team player. You thrive in a physically active role and work carefully and diligently even with tasks that may be repetitive at times. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
