Responsibilities
In your role as a laboratory assistant, you will work with practical and technical tasks within laboratory operations, including:
specimen handling and material preparation
work with laboratory instruments and equipment
staining and laboratory technical procedures
quality control
support in daily laboratory workflow
The work is carried out in close collaboration with laboratory staff and other colleagues within the organization.
What We're Looking For
you have relevant education in laboratory technology or a similar field
ideally you have experience with laboratory work, particularly in histopathology or medical diagnostics
you are thorough, organized, and quality-conscious
you have good teamwork skills and thrive in a team environment
you are responsible and want to contribute to development and improvements
You need to have good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation and instructions are in Swedish.
