Registration No. 90000012827, Daugavas iela 29, Mārupe, Mārupes novads, LV-2167 Mārupes novada Municipality Property Management invites applications for Landscaping Worker (permanent position) Key Job Responsibilities: ensure availability of the garden waste composting site for residents during municipality-approved working hours; organize and monitor the acceptance of garden biological waste, verify compliance of incoming waste with established conditions; track and record the volume of incoming waste and compile data; regularly maintain and keep the composting site facilities, workspaces, and equipment clean and organized; ensure maintenance and upkeep of the composting site territory and adjacent roadsides, including timely grass mowing, shrub trimming, plant weeding, and mulching of plantings, clearing of driveways; operate a portable wood chipper and maintain composting site order using a tractor; during winter season, participate in municipality territory maintenance and landscaping. Position Requirements and Necessary Knowledge: general secondary education; Category B driver's license; certification document for work with hedge trimmers and chainsaws; ability to use various household power tools and simple work tools; ability to perform simple repairs and maintenance work; work experience in gardening. We Offer: interesting, dynamic, and responsible work; standard 40-hour work week, six-day work week; monthly salary starting from 1000.00 euro before tax deduction (depending on professional experience); social guarantees: health insurance, additional leave, vacation allowance, and other motivating benefits; Work Location: Mārupes novada administrative territory.
