Main job duties: Work with tractor equipment and grass mowing machine (rider), trimmers, chainsaws, snow blowers and maintain them in good technical condition; Perform daily road maintenance work (grading, roadside trimming, clearing road verges from bushes, snow removal from roads, etc.); Perform territory maintenance work – collection and removal of leaves, branches, wood chips, tree and bush sawing, etc.; Perform other tasks as directed by the parish administration manager and property manager; Organize the work area to be clean and orderly and take necessary measures to prevent threats to human life, health, property and the environment; Comply with instructions for emergency situations; Comply with fire safety, occupational safety, electrical safety and work order regulations; Requirements for candidates: General education; Category B driver's license and tractor equipment operator certificate; Organizational skills, accuracy, initiative, diligence and ability to respond to non-standard situations.
