Job Description This position is a temporary assignment during the fall 26/spring 27 school year with the possibility of a permanent position. It is a full-time position at 100% with start date as soon as possible. Your responsibilities include planning, conducting, and documenting lessons and student progress. You are expected to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership. As a teacher and mentor, you will also maintain regular contact with guardians and conduct development meetings with your mentored class. Qualifications We're looking for an authorized and certified teacher for middle school in Mathematics, Science, and Technology. The specific position involves being a subject teacher in grade 6 and serving as a mentor for one of the classes. We require that you have a teacher's degree qualifying you for middle school and be certified in at least two of the subjects we're seeking. We would like you to have previous teaching experience in grades 4–6. You have strong passion for the profession, love working with children, and find it easy to build meaningful relationships with them and their guardians. You collaborate well with others and have a positive, constructive approach to your work, even when facing challenges. You have a strong belief that all children can succeed when given the right conditions. You are professional and independent, but also seek support from your colleagues. Together, we develop our pedagogical and didactic practice. You have strong leadership qualities and continuously seek ways to improve instruction so it works for all students.
